Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When reaching out, include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue

In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items with missing, damaged, or tampered packaging

Return Process

1. Request a Return

2. Approval & Authorization
Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed return instructions.

3. Ship the Item
Securely pack the product in its original packaging, include the RAN, and ship it to the provided address.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Inspection & Refund
After we receive the item, it will be inspected. If it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
