We process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle delivery.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. We use Royal Mail’s tracked services to ensure your order can be monitored from dispatch to delivery.
Delivery Options
We offer the following Royal Mail delivery services at checkout:
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Next Day) Orders placed before our daily cut-off time will be dispatched the same day and typically arrive the following working day. This is our fastest option and includes full tracking.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 Days) This service delivers within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. It includes tracking and is a reliable option if next-day delivery is not essential.
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail. Whilst the vast majority of orders arrive within the stated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur, particularly during busy postal periods.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off, or over the weekend, are dispatched on the next available working day.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are sent in plain, sealed packaging. There is no branding, product name, or any other indicator of the contents on the outside of the parcel. Your billing descriptor will also be discreet.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery at royalmail.com.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@sildamax.org. We will liaise with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement dispatch or refund where applicable.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
